As a Bilingual Broker Associate with The Northgate Realty Group at Keller Williams Realty Brazos Valley, I bring more than 20 years of real estate experience to the table. My home base is in the heart of Aggieland, College Station, Texas, and I'm honored to serve clients in the Bryan/College Station, Brazos Valley and greater Houston areas.

Originally from Del Rio, TX, I’m a proud graduate of Texas A&M University - Class of 1993. But my connection to this institution is a family tradition, spanning generations and encompassing a legacy of 16 Aggie Rings - originating with my father, Val Cadena, Sr. - Class of '50, and most recently continued by my daughter Emily - Class of 2021.

This rich Aggie heritage fuels my commitment to excellence, especially in the world of real estate. Beyond my role as a Broker Associate, I've had the privilege of serving as an Association Board Director at the Bryan/College Station Regional Association of Realtors (BCSRAOR). I’m also a 2022 graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program. These roles reflect my dedication to enhancing the real estate profession within our community.
